Display Name: The cat's name would be Bengalpelt, a RiverClan medicine cat.
Characters: Maywhisker - WindClan, and Snowmark - ThunderClan.
( I'm going to use one of my other characters, Snowmark, for Bengalpelt to interact with so you get to see her personality by the way she acts. )
RP Example: A ThunderClan warrior appears out of the forest. Looking out, across the river, he sees a flash of white against green. The white creature stops suddenly and the tom notices it's a cat of RiverClan. Snowmark looks closer as the feline sits down and notices she isn't all white. Upon her pelt are light, small, gray stripes. As the cat licks a paw he can see golden yellow eyes glance his way, one ear always seeming to point towards him. Snowmark realizes she knows he's there. She does not seem worried about him at all, just washes behind her left ear with the paw she had been licking. Her figure is thin but she doesn't seem starved, maybe she only eats light. Her fur has a healthy shine to it. Snowmark stands out of hiding, knowing he's caught. The she-cat stops grooming and stands as well, he notices her long legs and tail, she's looking him straight in the eyes. Snowmark recognizes who this is. Bengalpelt, RiverClan's medicine cat! She seems completely calm as you stare at each other, no fur bristling at you, no hatred in her eyes, not a word out of her, but he feels she is ready to spring into action if she must to protect her clan. This cat, Snowmark knew, is a pure blood. No parents from other clans. She would not feel guilty for driving him out of RiverClan territory if the warrior dared step into it. He feels his fur prickle at her stare, this cat was watching his every move, waiting to see if he would cross into RiverClan's territory to wipe that calm look off her face or if the ThunderClan cat would creep back into his forest. How can she seem so relaxed when you are a possible danger to her and her clan? 'Guess she just learned how to keep focused under pressure and not let emotions get in her way of thinking clearly. It must be a medicine cat skill, or maybe it's just her personality, or both.' Snowmark thinks to himself, flicking his ears against his head in unease. Finally he brakes the silence, unable to take it anymore. "You are RiverClan's medicine cat, yes?" He asks. Bengalpelt's whiskers twitch in amusement. "I am." She answers softly. "What are you doing at the borders of your territory?" Snowwmark asks curiously. "I was gathering herbs until I smelled you hiding in the bushes over there. You are not very quiet." She says honestly, flicking her tail to wards some plants nearby her. "Oh." He blinks, unable to come up with anything else to put into words. Another silence starts between you two, the medicine cat seems to be very patient. She does not turn her back on the warrior and continue her herb gathering, Bengalpelt waits for the black and white cat to either leave or speak again. Heaving a sigh at the silence, Snowmark walks back into ThunderClan territory, deciding he best not try attacking RiverClan on his own. Bengalpelt smiles and walks over back to the plants she had gathered so far. She still needed some poppy seeds and mouse bile. A few more cobwebs would be nice too.
Why you should get this character: I want to help this place out, by becoming a medicine cat I know I am lending a paw. All clans should have medicine cats, without them who would tend to the sick and injured? That's the main reason I'm trying to become one. I come here every day, to check on posts and reply to a few so you know I'll be active when someone in RiverClan needs help. I've read every Warriors book except 'Warriors: The New Prophecy #4 Starlight', which I have ordered today in the library and will be able to read sooner or later. I even own one of the books. I know what medicine cats use to treat wounds and sicknesses. To make sure I know I'll read every book again and copy every herb down on paper and what the herb is for. I love the books so reading them all again will be no problem for me. I will not be a person that would take on the responsibility of a medicine cat then just disappear forever, I love this place too much. This will be my third and final character, I think three are just enough and I feel no need to have more characters than I can deal with. ( Though no matter how many reasons I have, I feel it is entirely up to you all weather this character will be accepted or not. )
( Alright, I fixed both the 'you's and the spaces between ThunderClan and RiverClan. Thanks for pointing out a few things I could fix. I'll remember that advice and try not repeat those mistakes. )
