Name: Aleen
Do you honor?: No
Age: 23 moons
Gender: She-cat
Appearance: Aleen has a slim tortoiseshell pelt containing dark red, brown, and a couple of white splotches with one completely white paw (her front left one), a white tipped tail, and bright green eyes.
RP Example:
Quietly, as was her way, Aleen, a slim tortoiseshell, sat grooming herself in the warriors' den. She was constantly aware of all around her, though she was careful not to show it. Outside of the den, in the center of camp, she could hear kits playing, a couple apprentices chatting, elders complaining, the typical noises heard around camp. Around her she could sense all was normal, too, with her fellow warriors resting, some just being lazy, and the eyes of a few glaring at her. After a moment, she sat up straight, meeting the eyes of each staring cat as if she was looking into their minds, hearing their thoughts. It took a bit, but gradually they all looked away. With grim satisfaction, the young she-cat returned to grooming herself.
Aleen knew why others stared at her. They all did, some with admiration, others with dislike, but they still did. It was because of what she believed in, or rather, what she didn't believe in. After much consideration, she had rejected the warrior code. Sure, she knew what that meant, and she didn't care. She might have lost the respect she had earned as an apprentice, serving her clan faithfully, but in her opinion what she gained was worth much more: freedom. She was now bound by no law, no responsibility, nothing. In fact, if Clan life didn't suit her so well she probably would join the rogues, with even more freedom. The life of a rogue or a loner didn't suit her, however, and this being the case she was careful not to cross the line that might get her chased out of the Clan. It was a dangerous path to walk, true, but somehow she enjoyed it.
As she finished grooming herself, Aleen stood, and started out of the den. She abruptly stopped and turned to look at one of the younger warriors. "if anyone asks I've gone hunting." As she left she thought whether I am or not is your problem.
Clan: RiverClan
Rank: Warrior
Breed: Domestic short-haired (short-haired cat that does not belong to a recognized cat breed)
Personality: Rebellious toward cats that honor, friendly to cats that don't, Aleen has a very interesting personality. She likes to be intimidating but will accomplish this by simply staring at a cat until it reacts, proving that if she wants to she can have incredible patience. She can be quite stubborn at times, though she is quiet and might have made a good mentor if she'd chosen to honor.
History: She was born into RiverClan and had a normal kit-hood, nothing really remarkable happened during it except that she wasn't very impatient to become an apprentice. Her apprenticeship would have been pretty normal, except that while chasing a squirrel during new-leaf, she fell into the flooded river, nearly drowning, but managing to get out with the chills and a slight deafness in her left ear. So slight, in fact, that not many cats know about it. She willingly followed the warrior code through both kit-hood and aprenticeship. As the time of becoming a warrior came closer, however, she began to doubt the warrior code. At her warrior ceremony she openly refused the warrior name chosen for her and announced,"I will be known as Aleen and will ignore anything else." Many cats at first ignored her wishes, but eventually did start to call her by "Aleen". She has often considered becoming a rogue, though decided against it, because she enjoys Clan life.
