Brightriver had just gotten a warning from Brightlight, she had to tell Sunplet! She looked furiosly around for her, eyes darting. "Sunpelt!!" She yowled. She had to find her, Bightlight wanted this message passed on! It was for all the cats, she knew that Sunplet was here somewhere. It was one of her favorite spots to hang out and hunt. "SUNPELT!! I have something really important to tell you!" Brightriver yowled. Her voice rang out, she was sure Sunpelt had heard her say that, jsut sure she did.

Sunpelt peered out of the brush, her golden amarillo head jutting out of the brambles, as she lifted her torso from her prey. Her jowls dropped open, revealing pale fangs, as she muttered,
"Yes? What is it Brightriver? Coming to jeer at me some more?"
Sunpelt inquired, preparing for more jokes and taunts about how she was related to Shadowheart, the killer.
"Are you here to prod me with more teases? I understand Shadowheart was my Grandfather. If you have anything better to say, then I would love to hear it."
Sunpelt asked repeatedly, looking impatiently. She wanted to get back to this finch, before it regained the strength to climb away.

"No, NO! You don't understand, Brightlight just delivered me a message that Shadowheart is trying to take over StarClan, and the world of the living, he may be weasling into your brain as we speak! Please bealive me, you've got to!" Brightriver said, the words streaming out. She wouldn't dream of insulting Sunpelt, she liked her enough to warn her didn't she? She had been nice do Sunpelt hadn't she? Why did Sunpelt have the right to think that she was going to insult her? But that was not the true matter here! It was a matter of being taken over my some insaneo Starclan cat. It was a scary thought to think that Shadowheart could prod at your thoughts. Why, he might have been just as she thought this. Brightriver was very nervouse right now, why shouldn't she have been?

"And why should I believe you? Your probably just playing a prank on me. Like I haven't heard the 'he is coming for you' one before. Come on. Really Brightriver. Why would that be truly believable?"
Sunpelt did trust Brightriver, as she was a nice warrior, but alot of cats turned away from her at some point, and Brightriver may have just turned that corner.
Sunpelt thought it over for a while. It seemed believable, and very much like her grandfather, but what if it wasn't? What if it were just some well-played out prank? Usually they included jeers, but they may be on some new schedule, that includes getting Sunpelt hyped up over nothimg.

"Oh please Sunpelt, I've been nice to you, havn't I? Never put ticks in your bed, have I? Never scratchy leaves? Spicy smelling sticks? No, I havn't this is REALLY important, you have to bealive me, I...I don't know what to do if you don't. I swear on StarClan's name I'm telling the truth!" Brightriver said frenzied, oh, this wasn't working! Sunpelt wasn't bealiving her, what to do? There was nothing, she had no other proof, did she? Maybe she could describe the dream well, but a well thought out prank could be well described right? But, this wasn't a prank, but Sunpelt didn't know that. She knew Brightlight had meant what she said, she just knew it. Brightlight would never lie to her right?

"Fine. Give me one thing that will proove to me that your telling me the truth. A piece of evidence, a word of wisdom, anything that you know will make me believe. Then lets see if your really telling the truth, or if your just turning a leaf."
Sunpelt had trusted Brightriver, but she must be cautious. One time she had almost been killed, and that was difinitally not one of her good days. Sunpelt's olive eyes looked at Brightriver loyally. She had always been attatched to her clan, but loyal to herself as well. Sunpelt had never known Kinship in it's true form of glory, because her and Nightrain were so different. Sun and Moon. Day and Night. Together they formed equality, but compared, they were disasterous.
She was nothing like Nightrain.

"Want to me to describe the dream clearly? Fine, that's the best thing I can do, well, I was just sleeping in the Warrior's Den like always. Then, I saw this ripple of water, then a cat's face started to form, then I saw it was Brightlight, she walked up closer, slowly, and nodded her head. Then she started teling me what I told you. Then, I ran really quickly to you, I also remember waking up with water in my fur, river water. I thought it was a sign, because my name IS Brightriver, I can show you here," Brightriver said, and she walked closer to Sunpelt and showed her the water in her fur. Her eyes looked at Sunpelt pleadingly, wasn't this enough to convince her? If not, then Shadowheart could be in her mind at any time and make her attack Brightriver, then she would always have to avoid Sunpelt like most other cats usally did anyway. If she could make a rip in his plan, somehow, mess it up, sbe'd do it. But how? It seemed there was no way to do it, Shadowheart was powerful, she was a mere ThunderClan warrior that hardly had any idea of what was going on in StarClan. She looked at Sunpelt, how could she be realated to Shadowheart? For one thing, he was black as night, and had a heart as dark as that to match. Sunpelt, had bright yellowish orange fur, and she was a good cat, but seeked respect from cats, to feel at least a little wanted. Not a crime at all, now Shadowheart, she did not know how his brain worked, probably twisted and evily though. That was how he was, and always would be, and evil cat, who wanted to use his own kin for his own selfish purposes. She was worried about Nightrain, if Sunpelt did bealive her in the end how could she pass the warning onto Nightrain? They were living to seprate Clans, and Nightrain would probably be the first to fall victim to Shadheart's twisted will. Like father like son, that is how it would be. They bolth would take over? She hoped not. (Hey, can Brightriver play apart in messing up Shadowheart's evil plan? I've gotten REALLY good at RPing her, and I don't want to stop.)

Sunpelt pondered for some moments. She thought about what might of happened, and she knew that Brightriver was an honorable cat. After a few minutes, she looked back at Brightriver.
"Alright. I believe you. Now what is it that you have to say to me?"
Sunpelt inquired, imagining the lake. She wondered what the experience must have been like, waking up with riverwater soaking your fur. Sunpelt shivered. Unlike her brother, she hated water, and probably always will.
"Brightriver, do you know anything about Nightrain? Did my grandfather say anything about... him?"
Sunpelt worried for her kin, and for the clans. Hopefully, Nightrain would not believe his father. His father was a murderer of their Granduncle, Grandaunt, and Greatgrandmother. They were in Starclan now.
((This is how the mini-plot is going to work out. Sunpelt pretends to believe Shadowheart, so he will tell her how the plan works. Then Nightrain is going to have a conversation with Brightriver, with Sunpelt watching guard. Sunpelt is going to tell Shadowheart that they are getting Brightriver on their side, as the first recruit. Then, Shadowheart gets angry, as the recruiting is going slowly. Hazelpaw, my Riverclan character, is worried about her 'adopted father'. Then Shadowheart visits her in her dreams. Hazelpaw thinks he is the most awsome cat she has ever met, besides her mentor. She doesn't believe Nightrain when he tells her, and Hazelpaw ends up dieing. I am not sure if I like the dieing part. But Hazelpaw can become a warrior over her deathbed, and she dies to stop Shadowheart, whom is only a literal shadow now. Like a ghost in Starclan. He is banished to Rogue lands. And Hazelpaw is now a warrior, but a dead one at that. ))

(Gak, I don't like the dying part. Hazlepaw sounds cute? CHANGE THE PLOT! Please don't have her die! *grabs Hazlepaw* How dare you ty to kill her! *runs away with Hazelpaw*) "Yes, Brightlight said that Shadowheart is going to use you and Nightrain as victims in his evil plan to take over all," Brightriver said nodding furioulsy. Yes! It had worked! Sunpelt had belived her, it felt like a burden had been lived from her shoulders, she had belived her, that was what she wanted. But Nightrain, poor Nightrain, there was no way to warn him. He was in RiverClan, and they were in ThunderClan, it would be hard to relay the message to him. It was possible, but nearly impossible Nightrain would perhaps be like his Grandfather. Evil and twisted, she hated to think of it, and inoncent cat falling to his twisted will.

(Yes. Hazelpaw thinks her adopted grandfather ((She was abandoned, and Nightrain helped her recover from the shock, and found her a queen to stay with, so he is like a father or brother to her. She isn't sure)), Shadowheart, is great, and everyone thinks she is going to help him. And Shadowheart transfers his strength and ability into Hazelpaw, and she kills herself, by drowning in the river. ((Hazelpaw is adorable just to tell you. Go on the pictures page, and I have her old picture up there, before I got my siggy one. It is adorable.)) Her warrior ceremony is over her deathbed, and Shadowheart fails, because Hazel______ has defeated him with her awsome acting skills. She will still be around, in Starclan though.)
Sunpelt nodded. That made sense. It sounded just like her grandfather as well. Use others to carry out his plans. Smart plans. Twisted plans.
"There must be something we can do for Nightrain. The next Gathering would be too late, and I fear for him. He is my kin, no matter how different we are. Brightriver you have to help me!"
Sunpelt pleaded.
(Sorry it is so short. I lost my muse making up the Hazelpaw thing.)

(*lets go of Hazlepaw* Good-bye! You will die!) "I don't know what we can do, it will be risking our lives if we tread one paw over RiverClan territory," Brightriver said sadly. It was true, RiverClanners were horribly agressive about their territory. Nightrain jsut might fall in to Shadowheart's paws, and be used for twisted plans and such, but could he convince Sunpelt? If he did, all her efforts would be a waste. Down the drain, nothing she could do, or was there? She was pretty good at making plans, but this seemed impossbile. The next Gathering WOULD be to late, he would already have seized control of Nightrain's mind. Nightrain might be already long gone by the time she and Sunepelt were done talking. It was wasting time, nothing she could do, nothing at all, oh how she whished that she could.

"We have to help him. He is very attatched to an apprentice, Hazelpaw, whom loves to fish by the river. We could find her and contact her, when she is out hunting alone. Then Hazelpaw could pass the message on. It would be devestatingly hard to get her alone, as apprentices do not go out alone much. Brightriver, this will be a difficult and deadly task. I know what my father can do, and is willing to do for power. I need to ask your help, and it may cost your life. I need assisstance on this quest, and if you refuse, I understand, but first, I ask you, will you stand by me, when we thread through enemy territory, for the hidden truths that may kill all clans?"
Sunpelt inquired, hope gleaming in her olive eyes.

"I don't know, this might put all the Clans in danger, and my life is on the line. I'm barly 43 moons old, health condition. I just don't feel like dying yet," Brightriver said backing away, this might be Shadowheart talking, trying to get her to kill herself so he could torment her in StarClan. Well she wasn't doing it, no way, she wasn't that willing to die, why couldn't Sunpelt do it? She might get her head choped off just trying to relay a message, she wasn't going to die for some message, but it was important to Sunpelt, so why shouldn't she?

"Then I will fight alone."
Sunpelt snapped, and turned her back on Brightriver. (I thought you wanted her to be a part of the plot!) She started to walk away, before turning back.
"If I am Shadowheart, then let me tell you one thing. If I were Shadowheart, I would kill you now. If I were Sunpelt, I would beg. I do not know whom I am."
Sunpelt retorted, her eyes glaring like flame against the sunlight, making her pelt a blinding flash. She trusted Brightriver with this message, and expected her to follow.

"Wait Sunepelt! I'll go with you. It's just, there's this tom, I don't know what to thnk of him, and that's occuping my mind alot," Brightriver said, her glowing yellow eyes pleading for forgiveness,"I will." And she walked up to Sunpelt and put her tail on her shoulder to reasure her. Brightriver still was nervouse about the dying part. But she thought Sunpelt said she would understand if she didn't wan to die to relay the message. What was with this she-cat? Had she gone insane? NO! She must trust Sunpelt to fight against Shadowheart's will. He just hoped it wouldn't be so terrible that she would die because the strain was to much. But she had kits, that might make her weak, well not kits had the moment, but would have them soon. (Who is Sunpelt's mate?)
