A black tom was trotting through Sunningrocks. Stupid leg, bleeding, stopped, pain, worse! he thought in pain. The tom collasped on a rock. Losing to a loner, that actually had pity on such a weak cat! Disgrace to Thunderclan, why am I even here? If they find out I'm done for. Dead, Flamingstar will kill me or send cats to kill me! FOX DUNG! It'll spread, everything that happens does sooner or later. And with this wound I won't be able to run or fight well. Loner scent must be on me too, and the barn smell also! the jet black tom thought angrily. He began to hastily clean the scent off his fur. He glanced around every couple of minutes to make sure no one was there. When he was done he sighed. That won't work, the scents off but a rumor will spread. If the rumors good enough, I'll die. the tom thought. He glanced around again, hoping no one was there, but knowing somecat was bound to be there; watching. Is there someone here? Some cat reporting to Flamingstar? the black cat thought, somewhat afraid of what a leader could do to him. The sun was setting, many colors fed at the horizion. It looked to Crowfur like the sky was bleeding. Since when does the sky bleed? Is it a sign? he thought as he stared at the sunset. He completely forgot his wounds and worries while he watched the sky.

Snowmark had been bored after his hunt and decided to go out on a patrol, the sun was setting but he didn't mind, trees were casting shadows as he approached Sunningrocks. The unmistakable stench of blood, mingled in was also the fresh smell of a loner hit his nose. Thinking that perhaps the loner might still be there he raced forward to see an injured cat collapsed down on a boulder, looking up at the sky. Crowfur! He thought, fur prickling as he recognized his fellow ThunderClan warrior. Jumping from rock to rock he made his way over to the cat. "Great StarClan! What happened?" He asked anxiously. The loner's smell wasn't on Crowfur but it seemed like a battle had taken place. The loner appeared to be gone now. He glanced up at the sky, noticing, too, that it appeared to be bleeding, a possible sign of warning but he felt more concerned over the injured ThunderClan cat.
