OOC: I don't really know what season it is, so I'm going to pretend it's summer. I hope that's okay.
It was barely passed dawn and the weather was already lovely. The sun peaked over the horizon, dispersing the fog of that summmer night. A breeze blew through the ThunderClan camp, rustling the leaves of the tall trees, and playing with the blades of grass. The sky was becoming bluer in the east, and the darkness shrank away in the west. It was a peaceful morning, of lovely weather. A few morning birds chirruped to the dawning day, spreading their wings to touch the warm sun. Light poured through the trees, causing a truly breathtaking sight.
Amber eyes met the wonder warmly through the Warrior Den entrance. A brown furred body soon followed, stretching. A soft, browned nose deeply took in the scents of morning. A small smile crossed the feline's features, down to her perked up tail. Amber eyes glinted in delight. Even though Qixak was quiet, her body sometimes gave away her emotions. Padding silently to a nearby oak tree, Qixak sat down and curled her long tail around her paws. The she-cat closed her eyes, and relaxed her face and body. Her ears swiveled involuntarily at the sounds around her, but she wasn't paying attention to them. Qixak listened to the wind and the sky. For a long time of the morning, she sat quietly, her mind empty, her senses reaching to their limit. It was her time.
Finally, Qixak opened her amber eyes, and gazed around the ThunderClan camp. It was quiet right now, though she could see a few felines doing their own thing. She only watched. She didn't move. It was also their time, if they wished it to be. Qixak smiled for no reason at all, it seemed, though sometime she was just laughing at herself. Maybe for her way of thinking, or her beliefs. Or maybe, it really was for no reason. Qixak worked in many odd, or just different, ways.
