Hey! This is my own little corner! Yay! I posted (stupidly) in RiverClan as Rapidstar, which is a charrie of mine on another site, as leader of RiverClan, not ShadowClan. Since I don't want the post to go to waste... here it is:
((Sorry Snowclaw, but could you please check your spelling and grammer? Remember, the first letter in a warrior's name is capitalized, and never any others.))
Rapidstar silently slipped along nearby. Who was there to stop her? She stopped suddenly, scenting the zephyr. She detected cats just beyond the bushes to her left, but the tantilizing aroma of rabbit coming from that particular bush was enough to overwhelm the cats' scents, thus hiding their clan. She slowly turned to face the direction of the rabbit, knowing that if the rabbit leapt out and alarmed the cats nearby, the cats would know of her position, and either attack, or turn out to be friendly. She scented the breeze, authenticating the fact that she was downwind. She would have to be downwind for the cats to not already know of her position. She felt the muscles in her haunches tighten as the rabbit suddenly perked up, alerted by something, probably the cats that were upwind of it. She glanced past the bush, and saw a movement of fur, solidifying her beliefs that there were cats there. She turned her attention back to the rabbit, and swiftly leapt on it, silently killing it by just biting through a few main arteries to prevent the enormous sound of the Crack! if Rapidstar had snapped its neck. She lay down the rabbit after killing it, and stepped over it, thoughts on the two cats ahead of her. The rabbit, now that it was dead, had no current value to her. She would deal with these possible intruders, then, when they were dealt with, Rapidstar might come back for the rabbit. She went closer up to the bush. It was a thick prickly bush, armed with many twigs that would snag in her pelt and snap to alert the cats ahead. "Slippery as a fish," as a RiverClanner might say, she went into the bush. Seeing the two cats, she instantly recognized them as Moonpelt and Amberleaf, both warriors of her clan. She moved forward, and instantly snapped a bunch of twigs, alarming the cats in front of her. Inwardly, she cursed herself, and pushed her way into the clearing, showing herself, so she wouldn't alarm the two RiverClan warriors.
((Oh... Shoot. I forgot that this is in RiverClan, not ShadowClan. On another site, Rapidstar is leader of RiverClan. I don't want this long, long post to go to waste, so I'll post it somewhere else.))
