"A threat is upon us."
The forest was peaceful, as it should always be. The Great War of the past has finally healed, only to leave the blood and pain in the memories. The old ones have joined StarClan, only to be replaced by the new generation of kits and warriors. The rules have changed. The ancestor times have been diminished. There are the few that honor the old ways, the ways of their father's father. But there are the young, who wish to follow their own path, and decide on the new rules.
The rules are changing. The legendary leaders of the past are eternally placed in the memories of the following cats. Icestar and Shortstar of ThunderClan. Jadestar of WindClan. Aquastar and Shatteredstar of RiverClan. And Smallstar of ShadowClan. They are forever watching from StarClan. The traditional name of the leaders still makes it's way through the future leaders of the new Clans. Star.
And yet, the name of the warriors of this new generation, they decide upon their own name. No longer is Speckledfur, or Autumnwing for them. There is those of Maple, and Echo. There are those who choose their names. There are also those who honor the old ways. They let their leader choose. There has been a balance of these new ways, and the old.
But times are changing. Times are changing for the new, and the old.
"A threat is upon us."
Something is coming. Dark shadows that shrink away in the day, are coming alive. Dark shadows that seem to be nothing watch you. The night is no longer innocent. Cats of a different sort are beyond the boundries. A new threat has come to the forest Clans' doorstep. With black paws, and black eyes, a dark furred menance commands a horrific nature. He has come to take the land of the forest cats'.
A threat is upon us, and the Clans of the forest have to deal with it. But a question still remains.
